1.Rotation and lifting mechanism
Servo-Driven Rotary Spindle Assembly: A high-torque servo motor with an integrated gear reduction unit directly drives the main rotary spindle, delivering precise angular positioning and controlled rotational motion.
Hydraulic Vertical Positioning System: The machine head assembly is vertically actuated by a heavy-duty hydraulic cylinder, enabling smooth, load-bearing elevation and precise height adjustment to achieve the optimal working position.

2.This system features two cylinder-actuated V-type clamping units. Equipped with self-centering V-shaped blocks, each unit securely grips the workpiece during operation. One clamping mechanism is fixed to the machine bed, while the other is mounted on a lower moving frame with an adjustable spacing function, enabling flexible positioning and stable clamping for various workpiece lengths.

V.Working Process

How does this hydraulic cylinder assembly machine work?

To begin the process, the operator places the cylinder block onto the worktable, after which the system automatically clamps the cylinder barrel in place. Next, the operator positions the piston rod correctly, followed by placing the end cover clamp into its designated position. Once these components are securely set, the operator presses the start installation button, and in response, the machine head automatically lowers. When the machine head reaches the correct position, the spindle rotates to begin the tightening sequence. After the tightening operation is completed, the torque machine resets itself, and then the hydraulic chuck releases and resets as well. Finally, the operator unloads the finished part from the machine.
